Towering high at 6360 feet, Mullayangiri in the Chandra Dhrona Hill ranges of the western ghats is the highest peak in Karnataka and fourth highest peak between Nilgiri hills and Himalayas. It is one of the best trekking destinations in Karnataka and southern India and hence not really surprising that people from far and wide come here to experience the spectacular views and Sunset from the top of this peak. Baba Budangiri is a hill in the Baba Budangiri range of the western ghats of India. It is known for its shrine to the Sufi saint Hazrat Dada Hayat Khalandar. Along with the Mullayangiri, these peaks are collectively known as Chandradrona Parvatha Shreni as they naturally form the shape of a crescent moon. There is a famous trekking trail between Mullayanagiri and Baba Budangiri. Unique mountain flowers called kurinji blooms in these hill ranges once every 12 years. The last time this spectacle happened was in 2006. The next one is expected in August 2018 and will last for a few months.

This waterfalls is located 10 km away from the famous hill station Kemmangundi in Karnataka. This waterfalls are inside a coffee estate and can be reached either by walk or four-wheeler. Hebbe Falls gushes down from a height of 551 ft in two stages to form Dodda Hebbe (Big Falls) and Chikka Hebbe (Small Falls) The falls are surrounded by astonishing greenery. Dense forests, thick foliage, rich flora and hills encompass this region. The option of trekking is available, however The best option is to take a government approved forest jeep which goes through private estates which in itself is an experience. One of the best features of this falls is that the water is infused with herbs. It is like a natural jacuzzi with exotic herbs mixed in water.

Z Point is a beautiful spot with deep valleys all around amidst thick green surroundings. The Z Point is also a great sunset & sunrise point. The 3 km trekking trail to Z Point starts from Kemmanagundi and runs through thick forest, narrow paths with deep gorges and steep hills. The trek route provides breathtaking views of the hills of Kemmanagundi.
